The Pullman Community Center invites all Chicago Black-owned businesses of goods and services to participate in our Pullman Pop-Up Shop.
Whether you offer T-shirt designs, Teas, Photography or Graphic Design services, we want to be a place where you can come, showcase your product to a community of like-minded entrepreneurs.
BY THE NUMBERS
We know that there is power in numbers and the numbers are in… There are more than 1800 Chicago Area Black-Owned Businesses. That’s a lot of power. But even more power comes from the black dollar…the spending power of African-Americans equates to $1.2 Trillion per year.
We endeavor to see some of that power and to empower our community. That is why the Pullman Community Center is hosting our Pop-Up Shop experience with a large percentage of those black-owned businesses of goods and services.
Talk about a win-win! Our neighbors win by having access to desired product and the heartbeat of Chicago’s economy wins; our Black business owners, as well. This event will be the epitome of empowerment
